At the age of 18, I went off in search of some of the best beaches southern Bali had to offer, and read lots about Dreamland Beach.

This shot is a happy coincidence, really.

I took this photograph originally from a viewpoint overlooking the entire stretch of sand, but I realised when I cropped it and focused more on the life on the beach, the palms in the foreground framed the shot perfectly.

This is still one of my favourite shots I've taken, and feels like the epitome of summer.
