There’s no one I root more for, than the people that I love.

As someone who’s been working in the tourism industry since I was a teenager, as you can imagine, 2020 hit the industry pretty badly. Over the course of last year, I’ve had ex-colleagues, ex-bosses, friends and more lose their jobs or take pay cuts. For many, that meant packing their bags and leaving the country entirely, uprooting everything they thought they knew to start somewhere else again.

I’d spent many nights on my own fraught with worry over my livelihood, but I still think of them from time to time, and how I hope that they know they truly deserve the world. And so do you.
