In the kindness of our hearts and our giving nature, sometimes I think we can sacrifice too much of ourselves just to make others happy.

And it took going through lots of personal stuff last year to realise I was doing it without realising for months on end. And without allowing myself to set boundaries, I lost and found myself again last year.
